Established in 2021 (CR No. 162810), ICTC was founded by a group of development experts aiming to deliver innovative solutions to key development challenges in Egypt and the MENA region.
ICTC provides consulting, training, and project implementation services. Our founders and board members bring extensive experience in education, grants management, research, financial and economic development, monitoring and evaluation, governance, organizational development, and risk management.
